    By holding the bottom volume button and power button, you can screenshot it.
    
    By using the DND icon from the notification panel, you can turn the silent mode. The DND button is like a minus (-) sign inside a circle

My new Max pro m1 shows the tag “charging slowly” when charging with internet, wifi, location, etc. Turned off. It took around 3 hours to charge from 55 to 80%.
I am looking forward to have your response soon with a suggestion that, have you faced any issue of such type? Should I keep or get my handset return and purchase a new model or some other product. What do you think?

I do not find a menu “about phone” in settings of Zenfone Max Pro M1. How do I get the RAM capacity and ROM capacity from the phone menu directly to ensure that my phone does have the designated capacities?

  There is. Go to System in the Settings. Inside you’ll find About phone. Go there and find Build number, which you’ll have to tap 7 times to enable Developer Options mode. After you’re told that you’ve enabled the Developer Options, go back and inside the System in the Settings, go to Developer Options. Click on Memory, there you’ll find the memory you have. ;)

I purchased the 4 gb version couple of days back. At that time it connected to my wifi but suddenly as of today, the phone is not showing nor connecting to my wifi device even though it is showing other devices. I have tried resetting the network connection but to no avail. I have to only try factory resetting but want to know if any solution is available before doing it.

Hi friends. I have the 6gb version of Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. There is no option to save contacts in phone and sim memory. It only shows Google option. Is there any way? If not, then do you know of any app which will help? Thanks.

Manufacturer of asus zenfone max pro m1 should take more time to improve the quality and performance this phone before selling their products in the market… The performance of this device is very poor including battery and OS and all the above in this device.. It caused a great problem to the customer…
