Long pressing the power button no more brings the power menu. So you might be wondering how to switch off or restart your Galaxy Z Flip 4. There are several different methods and there is a way to assign the power menu to the side key.
How to power off Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4
Method 1: Using the hardware key combination
To use this method, press and hold Volume down and Side key together. You will get the power menu. From this menu, you can shut down or restart the phone.
Method 2: Using the Quick Panel menu
From the home screen swipe down from the top to get into Quick panel shortcuts. Swipe down once again to expand it. You will find power icon. Tap on it. You will get power menu to switch off or restart.
Method 3: Customize side key and assign power menu to it.
Go to Settings-> Advanced Features. Here tap on Side Key. Under “Press and hold” section, Choose “Power off menu”. Now, long pressing the side key brings the power menu.
