WhatsApp is one of the widely used messaging App. Over the years it has added many new features. Today many of us are using two phone numbers. Earlier, if we want to use two different numbers in one smartphone, options available were either use dual apps functionality if available or use WhatsApp business. To overcome this difficulties, WhatsApp finally launched a new feature to use two numbers in one WhatsApp.
With this new feature of WhatsApp, users can have two profiles set for two different numbers in one phone. You can easily switch between them and get notifications from both the profiles.
How to use two numbers in one whatsapp and how to switch numbers
- Open WhatApp.
- Tap the three vertical dots from the top right corner and Select Settings.
- Tap the down arrow button next to the Profile name.
- Tap Add account.
- Now tap Agree and continue.
- Enter the phone number and tap Next. Verify the number and complete the setup as per onscreen instructions.
- Setup of 2nd profile in WhatsApp is complete.
- To switch between accounts, tap the three dots from top right corner and select Switch Accounts.
