How to take screenshot on Moto E3 Power?

You can take screenshot on Moto E3 Power using two methods. One is using the power and volume button. You need to press and hold Volume and Power button simultaneously. The screenshot will be taken. Alternatively, you can take screenshot using the Google Now on tap feature. Using this method you can share or save the screenshot to google drive. Below is the video guide on how to take screenshot on Moto E3 Power. It is done on Moto G4 Plus, as both share same UI, it works on Moto E3 Power as well.

How to set custom ringtone in Moto E3 Power?

To set custom MP3 ringtone on Moto E3 Power, you need to paste the ringtone to Ringtones folder. You can use File Manager which comes pre-loaded in the device. Alternatively you can connect your device to PC and paste the ringtone to Ringtones folder. The third party file managers like ES file explorer will provide an option to select the ringtone from Sounds and Ringtones option from Settings itself. Does Moto E3 Power Supports Reliance Jio VoLTE?

Yes. It does supports 4G VoLTE. With Reliance Jio sim card you can make voice calls in this device.

i face a few problems like-
1. incoming call gets cut while taking the phone out of pocket due to rubbing against my pant.
2. i can’t download google allo from the playstore,it shows the error(df-bpa-33).

    Thank you Albert for this. it’s been very annoying, i cant hear a thing on standard setup. as this option is not accessible from the main setting menu.
    to help others, if you have moto e3 power low in call volume. to access setting option on the phone dialer (three dots on the top right corner) > setting > calling accounts > check off hearing aids and noise reduction if you had to.

  The noise reduction option is in Select Dialer (From where you make a call but inputting number) -> Click 3 dots on top right corner -> Settings -> Calling Accounts -> Uncheck Noise Reductions. Thats it.

most calls gets attended or disconnected automatically when in pocket or while taking out from pocket. also after taken out of pocket the locked initial screen is shaking a lot.

Phone is good. From last 1 month I am using it.. But the only problem in this phone is that you can not select both SIM on 3g mode I.e. you can only change SIM 1 settings to 2g,3g,LTE and SIM2 is by default 2g, you can not even change it to 3g as mentioned in features it is SIM2 is also 3G but that’s not truth.

  Both Sim slots support 3G/ 4G. I have used both sim slots with both 3g and4g connx. Only thing is that you have to chose which sim slot you will use for Data services, then the other Sim slot stops data. So you CANT use both sim slots for data connection SAME time.

Hi I am using Moto E3. Last few days I have observed that the phone gets unlocked while i am on my walk. I keep it in my pant pocket while walking. It so happened that few pictures from my gallery got posted to many whats app group and people started asking me what was this. This happened continuously for two days. I have kept the smart lock off so that it does detect motion and turn the phone ON. Can you please help me on this?

Hi, I’m unable to make call, it is showing that Call forwarding On conditional , but call is going, its not visible to me and the other person unable to hear my voice.
