  • Lenovo Lemon 3 With 5 inch Full HD Display and Octa Core SoC Launched

    Lenovo has added yet another budget dual sim 4G Android smartphone to its product portfolio with the launch of Lemon 3. Currently device is launched in only China and priced at RMB 699(approximately 7,000). Lenovo Lemon 3 will be available in Gold and Silver colour options and users can purchase in China from next week. Global launch date is not yet revealed.

    Lenovo Lemon 3 Features

    Lenovo Lemon 3 sports 5 inch Full HD IPS display with 1920×1080 pixel resolution and 441 ppi pixel density. The device supports dual sim functionality and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Lemon 3 is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor with 2GB RAM and Adreno 405 GPU.

    The internal storage on this new Lenovo smartphone stands at 16GB and supports microSD card upto 128GB.  The connectivity features of Lenovo Lemon 3 are 4G, LTE, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth. It also has Waves MaxxAudio technology and Dolby audio for improved audio experience.

    Lenovo Lemon 3 houses 13 MP primary camera at the rear end accompanied by an LED flash and a 5 MP secondary snapper in front to facilitate video calling. The dimensions of the device are 142x71x7.99mm and weighs 142g.  Lenovo Lemon 3 packs 2,750 mAh battery.

    This week, Xiaomi has launched Redme 3 in China with price tag of CNY 699 and most of the specifications looks similar to Lemon 3. Redme 3 has 4100 mAh battery and has 720p HD screen. Given price tag, Lemon 3 looks very attractive. However, we will be able judge the real time performance only after performing in depth review on Lenovo Lemon 3.     • First connect your connect Lenovo smartphone to PC through USB cable.
    • PC will open folder of your phone and a new drive will also get open.
    • In the folder, you will find USB driver and Lenovo Mobile Assistant.
    • First install the USB driver and then install the Lenovo Mobile Assistant.
    • Disconnect your smartphone from PC and launch Lenovo Mobile Assistant.
    • Now connect your smartphone to PC.
    • Enable USB Debugging.

    Cons of Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro

    • There is no microSD card slot: The Vibe Z2 Pro doesn’t provide  expandable storage option through microSD card.
    • Average battery life: Vibe Z2 pro comes with 4000 mAh battery. But due to large screen with high screen resolution, battery drains faster.
    • 4G is not supported in India
    • Average Sound Quality: Though Vibe Z2 Pro produces high volume, quality is not great.
    •  Heating issues: Device heats up if used for long time with games and 3G connectivity.

    Lenovo has launched its budget Android smartphone Lenovo A328 in India. The device runs on latest Android 4.4 Kitkat out of the box and will be available in Black and White colors.  The price of Lenovo A328 in India is Rs.7,299. It will available starting wednesday across company stores and retail outlets.

    The Lenovo A328 is powered by Quad Core Mediatek MT6582M processor clocked at 1.3GHz with 1GB of RAM.  This A series Lenovo smartphone sports 4.5 inch FWVGA display with 217ppi. The built in storage capacity of the device is 4GB and support microSD card upto 32GB.

    Dual Sim Lenovo A328

    Lenovo A328 is a Dual sim Android Kitkat smartphone which comes with 5MP fixed focus primary camera with flash.  There is also a 2MP front facing camera to take selfies and video calling.  This new Lenovo smartphone packs 2000 mAh battery that is rated to provide upto 240 hours of standby time and 21 hours of talk time.

    The Lenovo A328 comes with connectivity features such as GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio port, and Wi-Fi connectivity options.  The dimensions of this budget Android Dual sim are 132×68.5x11mm and weighs 140 grams. Lenovo bundled few DOit apps, such as SECUREit which help user track, analyse and optimise their data usage.  There is a one more app called SHAREit, this will enable fast phone to phone data transfer capability  without the need for Wi-Fi or mobile network. SYNCit is another app  which does permanent backup of all data  and make it accessible on any device.

    Looking at the specifications, Lenovo A328 doesn’t looks impressive. The other smartphones such as Xiaomi Redme 1s, Asus Zenfone and Motorola Moto E looks good in terms of price and specification. However, the exact performance will be known during the in depth review on Lenovo A328.
