Please guide me as Both methods for taking screenshots are not working on my Samsung J7 prime 2017. When I press both home and power buttons for few seconds It automatically opens Google assistant, and second method is also not working…?

  Please try this method.
  You should press both Home button and power button at the same time. But actually firstly press power button and then press home button along with power button.Make sure your Time difference between power button and home button pressing is too small(less than 1 second)

If I press the power button and the home screen button at the very same time and hold both together down for a moment mine will take a screenshot. My phone is a Galaxy J7 Prime.
